CREDIT RISK MANAGER

THE COMPANY
This company is working on loans, credit cards, and car finance and aim to get money in customers hands in only a few minutes, not days. The business is profitable, and growing fast, operating in both UK and US markets. The business is working with some of the best technology, using machine learning, and AI.
THE ROLE
You will be doing the following daily:
- Optimise who the business offer credit to, how much they should lend, and at what interest.
- Take into consideration the wider economic environment when making decisions.
- Define credit strategy for the evolving portfolio.
- Discover insights from data and develop strategies to drive forward business.
- Collaborate with the wider business and work cross-functionally with other teams to implement strategies into the market.
- Monitor and assess the success of implemented strategies, continuously discovering further opportunities for improvement.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Daily coding experience, ideally Python and SQL.
- Previous experience developing credit card strategies.
- The ability to work and collaborate with other members of your team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong numerical degree from a Russel Group University.
