Do you have experience of managing large IT support teams? Are you passionate about service transformation?

An IT Service Support Manager is required to lead the a large end user support function, providing 2nd line support across technologies including audio-visual, unified communications, and desktop services. The IT Service Support Manager position is key in driving change, building maturity, and ensuring high-quality IT service delivery across the organisation

IT Service Support Manager Experience required:

  • Proven experience in leading large IT support functions.
  • Strong technical knowledge across a range of IT disciplines.
  • Strong ITIL ability with experience if service improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Skills in defining and driving SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics to measure service efficiency and effectiveness, supported by strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience of developing innovative solutions to resolve complex technical queries
  • Ability to drive performance and manage resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of IT security policies and data protection legislation.
