About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting both teachers and students to enhance the learning experience. You will work closely with the teaching staff to provide academic support, assist with classroom management, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students to facilitate their understanding of the curriculum.
- Assist in the preparation of lesson materials and classroom activities.
- Support students with special educational needs, ensuring they receive the appropriate attention and resources.
- Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and identify areas where additional support is needed.
- Participate in school activities, including extracurricular programmes and school events.
