Description
- Manage and prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Provide financial insight and analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure financial compliance and risk management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for auditing processes.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable and credit control.
- Prepare and present regular financial reports to the Senior Management.
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Continually improve systems and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Profile
A successful Accountant should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in US GAAP.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software specifically ORACLE
- A thorough understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry.
