We are working with one the UK's leading media owners to find them a highly organized, commercially minded, digitally knowledgeable new team member. This role doesn't involve any new business/cold calling but there are opportunities to upsell and discover new revenue streams. Therefore, our client is looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to really excel in this role.

In this role, you will drive revenue for the companies diverse brands, collaborating with the team to align strategies with financial KPIs and brand goals. Your role focuses on maximizing revenue growth through exceptional account management and optimising digital operations.

What will this role include?

  • Third-Party Relationship Management: Overseeing 3rd party commercial relationships to maximize revenue, collaborating with partners for mutual benefits.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on traffic, marketing, and revenue, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, editorial, and senior management to meet targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Website Development: Work with product and engineering teams to develop sites and strategies, aligning with product roadmaps and optimizing product placement.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategy to stay competitive.
  • New Revenue Opportunities: Identify and scope new revenue opportunities, collaborating with the Digital Operations Director and commercial teams.
  • Commercial Partnership Support: Assist the Digital Operations Director and commercial teams with existing and new partnerships, ensuring alignment and success.

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Digital Commerce Experience: Proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing third-party partnerships.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to collaborate and influence across teams and levels.
  • Strategic Mindset: Critical thinking and opportunity identification for revenue growth.
  • Commercial Relationship Management: Experience in managing and negotiating third-party agreements.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
  • Web Development Familiarity: Knowledge of website development and optimization principles.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
