Cylindrical Grinder
- Hourly Rate: £14.50 p/h

We are looking for a skilled Cylindrical Grinder to join a leading rubber roller manufacturer serving the printing and food manufacturing industries. The successful candidate will be involved in general engineering and workshop duties within a small to medium-sized enterprise, contributing to the production of high-quality rollers.
Day to Day of the role:
- Operating grinding machinery and lathes to craft and repair rubber rollers.
- Performing general workshop and engineering operations.
- Working collaboratively with the team to enhance processes and ensure product quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with grinding, milling, and turning machinery.
- Interest and ability to work with various materials such as PVC, Nitrile, Silicone, Fluorocarbon, Polyurethane, Natural rubber, Neoprene, EPDM, or Hypalon.
- Capable of working to tolerance finish to give either a plain or profiled surface.
- Enthusiastic about working in a workshop environment and contributing to a team.
