Pay rate: £13.00 - £14.00 p/h - depending on experience

Acorn by Synergie is seeking a Sales Office Administrator for their manufacturing client based in Tiverton, Devon.

The role is fully office-based.

Sales Office Administrator duties:

  • Work closely with the Office Team to effectively communicate with customers - giving customers advice and building relationships.
  • Setting up new customers on the systems and processing customer orders.
  • Build and maintain a strong supplier base.
  • Updating the company CRM system.
  • Maintaining customer and price files on SAGE
  • Pricing, quote and follow up of new and existing work.
  • Communicating with transport companies for pricing / quotes.
  • General office administration as required.

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide the highest quality customer service.
  • Good telephone manner
  • Attention to detail, accurate and possess good communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Standard education including at least a C grade in English and Maths.
  • Experience with Microsoft office packages: Excel, Word and Outlook and be fully Computer Literate
  • Experience of CRM, SAGE system would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
