Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor – Legal 200 Firm – Hybrid Working
About the firm:
An award-winning, Legal 200 independent firm are in search for a Wills, Trusts & Probate Solicitor to come and join their highly ranked Private Client team. This firm have gained a strong, local client base and have gained a great reputation for providing advice on a wide spectrum of private client matters, predominantly acting for high-net-worth clientele.
What will you be doing?
In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation of tax-efficient wills, providing inheritance tax mitigation and asset protection advice, and utilizing lifetime trusts, often in connection with Family Investment Companies.
You will also be expected to carry out administration of estates, particularly those that are taxable or have complicating factors, as well as the administration of trusts. Other duties will include preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and managing applications to the Court of Protection.
What can you bring to the team?
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-2PQE) with excellent knowledge of all aspects of wills, trusts, and probate, along with experience in providing high-quality advice at a leading law firm. Ideally, the candidate will have trained and/or worked at a national or top regional firm.
What can they offer you?
SALARY
– this will be dependent upon experience and market rate, however, will expect to range from £30,000 - £50,000.
