Meraki Talent's Financial Services client are looking for an Operational Resilience Analyst to join their team in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Responsibilities of the Operational Resilience Analyst:
- Ensure that the business embeds operational resilience into ways of working
- Working across all strands of operational resilience providing advice to the business on operational resilience
- Taking responsibility for business continuity planning, risk identification and management, scenario testing, and driving improvements to reduce related risks
- Work to resolve risks and crisis management scenarios as they arise
- Work with assigned business areas on Business Continuity Plan reviews and Impact Analysis
Background of the Operational Resilience Analyst
- Experience working within Operational Resilience or Business Continuity, and exposure to risk identification, assessment, and remediation
- Experience working within any area of Financial Services
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the key areas of resilience/business continuity
- Strong experience in process analysis and development
