As an Audit Manager, you'll work with a diverse client base, ranging from owner-managed businesses to SMEs and larger multinationals. Role Responsibilities:
- Audit Assignments:

Oversee various audit assignments, including reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and compliance with regulations.

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Coaching and Training:
-
Guide and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills.

Effective coaching contributes to a strong team.
- Client Capital, Billing, and Debtors:
-
Understand clients' financial structures and investment decisions.

Handle billing and manage debtors (clients who owe money).
- File Reviews:
- Regularly review audit files to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Offsite Work:
- Occasionally work outside the office, such as visiting client sites or conducting fieldwork.
Requirements:
- ACA, ACCA qualified, or equivalent.
- Demonstrable experience managing a portfolio of clients.
- Experience in team management, including coaching juniors.
