What You'll Do:
As the Marketing and Communications Manager, you will:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement corporate and market-specific marketing strategies to raise the organization's profile and support product promotion.
- Lead Digital Initiatives: Manage website activities, drive traffic, and ensure the site effectively markets training products.
- Enhance Brand Positioning: Position the brand as the primary source of training and development for the sector.
- Engage with Media: Develop plans to engage trade press and showcase success stories.
- Monitor and Adapt: Conduct market research and adjust strategies to stay ahead of trends.
- Manage Campaigns: Oversee marketing campaigns and report on their effectiveness.
- Financial Oversight: Process requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for marketing activities.
Ideal Candidate:
? Strong strategic marketing skills with experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
? Proven track record in developing and implementing B2B marketing strategies.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
? Experience in people management and working with CMS for digital marketing.
Desirable Skills:
