About The role
Are you ready to take on an exciting role with a forward-thinking technology business within the property sector? We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Search Agent to join our Search Production department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in completing daily orders by visiting Local Authorities to gather property information, as well as using various online platforms to collect data. You'll be handling search-related queries, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Your responsibilities will include attending face-to-face appointments promptly, providing top-notch customer service, and managing tasks through our organization's software. You'll be proactive in resolving queries and accurately responding to client enquiries via phone, email, or in-person, all within our set service levels. Participation in team meetings and handling complaints according to our procedures will also be part of your daily routine.
About You:
To excel in this role, you must have a driving license and transportation, along with a solid understanding of customer service's value. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) is essential.
You should be adept at building relationships at all levels and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to work independently, maintain accuracy, and adapt quickly to changing tasks is crucial. You should be a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to these skills, you will need to demonstrate competency in at least 70% of the knowledge and skills outlined in our training matrix.
