ROLE SNAPSHOT

  • Provide advice and guidance to the business on all aspects of Compensation and Benefits using expertise to challenge and influence traditional review of reward
  • Position the business as an Employer of Choice
  • Suggest creative and other competitive ways to motivate and retain Talent
  • Review/Design bonus programmes
  • Deliver the Benefits review across the wider business
  • Work with international teams to develop job capsules, salary bands ensuring accurate benchmarking data is assessed
  • Design a compelling benefits brochure for the business
