An entertainment company with deep roots in musical theatre are looking for a Design Assistant to join their creative team and work across the promotion of upcoming shows and titles. Joining a highly collaborative team, this role will be central to the coordination and workflow of the department.
The Duties
- Coordinate project workflows for the Creative department, including maintaining the Creative Brief schedule, and tracking of opportunities.
- Be a brand expert, making sure all presentations are in line with the brand guidelines
- Work with external design studios to coordinate projects and ensure timely delivery
- Manage and maintain the Asset Library, editing assets where required.
- Develop creative assets - moodboarding, branding, marketing collateral.
- Assist with concept artwork from briefing to final output, ensuring adherence to brand guideline
- Produce various internal and outbound materials; concept, presentation and pitch documents.
