As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- Handling customer queries via inbound calls & emails
- Managing hire contracts to guarantee that our customers receive the service they've paid for.
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with our clients through empathy, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
- Maintaining a high level of organisation, even when working under pressure.
- Collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues to deliver excellence in customer support.
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- Experience within a call centre or customer service based role (1 year)
- Can commit to a 4 week temp role that offers an immediate start
