Our client is a specialist in the hire world for machinery and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Hazel Grove office on a 4 week temporary basis. This role has the possibility to be extended or go perm!

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handling customer queries via inbound calls & emails
  • Managing hire contracts to guarantee that our customers receive the service they've paid for.
  • Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with our clients through empathy, problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.
  • Maintaining a high level of organisation, even when working under pressure.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with your colleagues to deliver excellence in customer support.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Experience within a call centre or customer service based role (1 year)
  • Can commit to a 4 week temp role that offers an immediate start
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring the best customer experience.
  • Empathy and a deep understanding of our clients' needs.
  • Problem-solving skills that turn challenges into opportunities.
