We are looking for a Product Marketing Executive to join their growing team. About the role...
- Support the Product Marketing Manager in delivering the product optimisation project.
- Regular review and analysis of the product range to ensure alignment with the overall strategy and brand.
- Take ownership of product briefing documentation ensuring compliance with the strategy and inclusion of necessary information.
- Become the primary contact for national account teams for all product-related queries.
- Communication with key stakeholders on progress and timelines.
- Suggestion of new ideas throughout the product development process aligned with the marketing strategy whilst ensuring that new product launches are aligned with the marketing calendar across all channels.
- Assist with NPD and regularly monitor new trends and opportunities.
- Conduct consumer insights, competitor audits and market mapping analysis across all ranges, categories and customers.
- Ensure that product launches meet the brand guidelines working closely with the wider product marketing team and assisting the channel marketing team.
- Support with product pipeline development, product delivery and category innovation.
- General administration duties including budget tracking and PO raising.

- You will be proactive, organised and have strong analytical skills.
- Confidence to work with stakeholders from various areas in the business.
- A passion for product marketing and product innovation.
- You will ideally have some previous experience with product and / or marketing.
- You will ideally come from a product, merchandising or buying background.
- Experience with NPD and understanding product portfolio is required.
- Driving license is required.
- Must be able to do 1 day per week in Barnoldswick and 1-2 in Manchester per week.
