Our client is looking for a Payroll Assistant to join the team on a Temporary basis. This has potential to go Permanent
Responsibilities:

  • Managing Multiple Payrolls: Oversee and administer payroll processing for multiple departments or branches, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Year-End Reports: Prepare and distribute year-end payroll reports, including W-2 forms and other required documentation, in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Data Entry: Enter and maintain payroll data accurately in our systems, including new hires, terminations, timekeeping records, and adjustments.
  • Adhoc Queries: Address and resolve adhoc queries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders regarding payroll matters promptly and professionally.
  • Auditing Processes: Implement and maintain robust auditing processes to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Legislation Compliance: Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations related to payroll, ensuring all payroll practices adhere to legal standards.
