The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful multi-channel digital marketing communications that resonate with target audiences. With a sharp eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail, you will be responsible for producing optimised content, managing social calendars, and analysing performance for continuous improvement.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Use market research to create evidence-based, successful digital marketing strategies.
- Produce optimised content daily and manage a social media calendar.
- Analyse and report on social media performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Achieve significant increases in social reach and audience growth, maintaining a market leader position.
- Source, recruit, and nurture influencers.
- Help organise and support at events and trade shows to enhance brand presence and awareness.
- Audit social media channels and copywrite for emails, advertorials, and monthly features in publications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and social media management - at least 1 year
- Strong copywriting skills for various formats including emails and advertorials.
- Experience in influencer management and event organisation.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a high standard for quality of work produced.
