I am seeking a highly creative and driven Marketing Assistant to join my client's ambitious team. The company in question is a leading manufacturer of a homeware product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating successful multi-channel digital marketing communications that resonate with target audiences. With a sharp eye for visual aesthetics and attention to detail, you will be responsible for producing optimised content, managing social calendars, and analysing performance for continuous improvement.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Use market research to create evidence-based, successful digital marketing strategies.
  • Produce optimised content daily and manage a social media calendar.
  • Analyse and report on social media performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Achieve significant increases in social reach and audience growth, maintaining a market leader position.
  • Source, recruit, and nurture influencers.
  • Help organise and support at events and trade shows to enhance brand presence and awareness.
  • Audit social media channels and copywrite for emails, advertorials, and monthly features in publications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in digital marketing and social media management - at least 1 year
  • Strong copywriting skills for various formats including emails and advertorials.
  • Experience in influencer management and event organisation.
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights for marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high standard for quality of work produced.
