This full-time role, beginning in September 2024, will cover a maternity leave period. Job Description:
As a Drama/Dance Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to students up to GCSE level. You will foster a supportive and creative learning environment, encouraging students to explore their artistic potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Drama and Dance lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in Drama/Dance education, incorporating new techniques and technologies into teaching practices.
- Foster a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity, collaboration, and self-expression.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Drama/Dance to students of all ages and abilities.
- Enhanced DBS (this can be processed through Reed Education).
- Rights to work in the UK.
