- Oversee all aspects of hospitality operations including 21 restaurant and lounges and 51 boxesDevelop and implement innovative strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyaltyLead, mentor, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver excellence consistentlyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events, conferences, and special occasionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and elevate service standards
