Role Overview:
I'm currently partnered with a boutique start-up based in North Wiltshire who are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong background in taking projects from cradle to grave.
You will be working in a creative and collaborative environment to aid the design and development of an exciting new product which aims to take the clean energy sector by storm.
This is perfect for anyone who genuinely enjoys working in an R&D environment and tackling novel challenges. If you are also interested in environmental sustainability this role would be a fantastic fit for you.
It is a very exciting time to join my client as they are in the early stages of production and have received a great deal of funding/interest from industry leaders.
About you:
- 3 years minimum in an engineering (design) environment
- Experience with power electronics/high power/thermal products
- Experienced in the full project lifecycle
- 3D CAD design
- Hands on manufacturing experience
- Must have the full right to work in the UK
Bonus if:
- You have experience in different sectors (range of experience)
- Battery Systems Design/Integration (ideal)
