As a leader of the Finance team you'll play a crucial role within the finance function, with core activities including monthly/annual reporting, combined with business partnering and frequent project work.
- Reporting into the Group Financial Controller - Leading a team of 4 direct reports
- Driving improvements in systems, processes and controls
- Overseeing the end-to-end production of monthly management accounts, inc. variance analysis / cost analysis etc
- Overseeing Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Credit Control
- Liaising closely with the wider business - consulting on technical issues, process improvements, creating a strong financial controls environment
- Working with auditors to ensure a smooth annual audit of the head office companies and the consolidated group
Financial Controller will be / have:
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified
- Experienced Manager with a hands on leading from the front approach
- An ambitious individual happy to take accountability for producing work to a high standard
- Experience with SME environment
- Working knowledge of SAGE
Financial Controller Package:
- £70,000 - £80,000 pa
- 10% bonus
- Flexible working hours (only 2 days on site)
- 25 days holiday (plus bank hols)
