What you'll do:

  • Design, implement, and optimize contact center environments, ensuring seamless integration across voice, video, and chat channels.
  • Use your deep knowledge of VOIP and SIP to enhance communication platforms.
  • Configure and manage session border controllers (SBCs) from top brands like Cisco, Ribbon, and AudioCodes.
  • Work closely with teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver real-world value.
  • Keep up with the latest industry trends and technologies to stay at the forefront of contact center innovation.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: 5+ years in solutions engineering within a contact center environment.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of VOIP, SIP, and experience with SBCs from brands like Cisco, Ribbon, AudioCodes, and more.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with NICE CX One, Genesys Pure Cloud, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • CRM Integration: Knowledge of integrating CRM systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP to create seamless customer journeys.
  • Problem Solver: You thrive in fast-paced environments and love tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with different teams and stakeholders.
