Lawrence Harvey are searching for a Dayforce Payroll SME to help a well-known client that are mid-way through a Dayforce implementation. You will be responsible to help optimise the Dayforce payroll system to meet the company needs, working closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to ensure accurate payroll processing, compliance with regulatory requirements, and seamless integration with other systems.
This contract will be for an initial 6 months with high chance of extensions past this and is paying £600 per day Outside IR35.
This is also a hybrid role with one day per week in Berkshire required.
Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dayforce payroll system implementation and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processing, including multi-country payroll, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with system integrations involving Dayforce, such as HRIS, timekeeping, and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and troubleshoot complex payroll data and processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools for payroll data analysis and reporting.
- A Dayforce Payroll Certification would be a bonus
