Job Title: Senior Catering Assistant
Location: Peterborough (based at a busy Cafe)
Role Type: Permanent, part-time (12 hours)
Hourly Rate: £12 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the team in day-to-day operations.
- Prepare, set up, and serve dishes and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, and COSHH regulations.
- Handle cashier duties and manage stock control.
Requirements:
- Experience in catering, customer service, and management.
- Valid food hygiene certificate.
- Ability to work well within a team.
Additional Details:
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required due to potential travel to different sites across Peterborough.
