About the role

Are you passionate about beauty and digital marketing? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for a dynamic Digital Brand Lead to join our team. You will work with top beauty partners, including renowned brands such as Drunk Elephant, Marc Jacobs, and Rimmel. Your mission will be to lead performance through the execution of trade plan campaigns and increase the presence of these beloved brands on Boots.com.

What you'll need to have

  • Experience in Digital working in an e-commerce role.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and how to optimize for performance.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
  • To work with brand partners and our teams.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative digital campaign strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with brand teams to understand their goals and create tailored campaigns that drive results.
  • Optimize product listings, content, and user experience on Boots.com to maximize conversion rates and sales.
  • Analyse performance metrics and use insights to refine and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Be an expert and a champion for your supplier brands, building detailed knowledge of them, their position within the market and competitor set,
  • Oversee brand campaign launches including promotions and product exclusives ensuring timely execution, testing and optimised customer journey.
