Position: Full-Time Caretaker
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Our client is a well-established secondary school based in Manchester, they are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive learning environment for our students.
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and repair work across the school premises in care taking.
- Ensuring the safety and security of the school grounds.
- Performing routine checks and upkeep of school facilities.
- Assisting with setting up for school events and activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar caretaker or maintenance role.
- Carpentry Certificate.
- Electrician Certificate.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as a care taker.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
