Job Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Burntwood
Basic Salary: £25,000pa
Working hours: Flexible working hours - 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a family run dealer group in the Burntwood area. We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their busy sales at their Burntwood dealership.
Our client is a multi-award-winning and rapidly growing Motor Group who are looking for talented individuals to take the business to the next level. In exchange, you will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team and have the opportunity to work directly with an exciting Automotive brand.
The successful candidate must have experience in the following:
- IT literate and a clear understanding of Keyloop/Drive/Kerridge (DMS System)
Responsibilities of Sales Administrator include:
- Ensuring all invoicing and taxing paperwork is to brand standards with all supporting documents ready for customer handover
- Keeping an accurate record of all information necessary for audits- Files to be kept up to date and to include all information required
- Ensuring that all vehicles are funded in line with company policy and that vehicles are also appropriated within given time frame
- Assisting our accounts department with month end reconciliations
- Maintaining up to date stock records on Keyloop (DMS)
- Taxing of new vehicles on the RaV system
- Creating vehicle records - Both new and used vehicles
- Monitoring tax renewals for company vehicles
