eDiscovery Services and Archiving Technology is a sub domain of the Chief Information Office Corporate Functions (CIO CF), which is part of the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) division. The domain supports the retention, preservation, and retrieval of electronically stored information to enable Deutsche Bank to meet its Compliance and Legal obligations.

This role is in the Archiving Technology Team, which designs, implements, and operates solutions that enable the organisation to retain data and records required to comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates. You will be responsible for delivering the global business vision and strategy, focusing on achieving consistent operational excellence and client satisfaction through industrialisation, price/value optionality, and leveraging increased automation.

Your key responsibilities

  • Developing the product roadmap and strategy for the Power Retrieval archiving solution, and ensuring its integration within Archiving Technology's overall strategic roadmap
  • Leading the delivery organisation to design, engineer, and support the products and services in the Power Retrieval portfolio, being accountable for their performance and sustainability
  • Managing stakeholders and dependencies across other TDI and consumer organisations to ensure requirements are identified, fulfilled, and benefits realised
  • Acting as a change agent in designing and any organisational changes required to maintain the Power Retrieval capabilities
  • Applying extensive understanding of technology delivery to ensure we have a well-balanced programme of delivery across multiple feature teams

Your skills and experience

  • Experience of managing technology delivery in a large enterprise, ideally within the financial services and/or another highly regulated industry
  • Performing in an agile environment, delivering into public cloud
  • Working closely with other product owners, business stakeholders, architects, scrum leads, project managers and development teams
  • Strong communication skills required to work in a cross functional, global team environment spread across multiple locations
  • Experience in developing and tracking KPIs, OKRs, cost and benefit models
