The school cater to students aged 3 months to 5 years old and want a confident individual to further support the children's learning. Working as a Learning Support Assistant will include guiding students throughout the school day and encouraging them with their learning material and developing independence.
Key Responsibilities of the Learning Support Assistant role:
- 1-1 based support throughout the school day
- Participating in interventions and concentrated support
- Adjusting learning material and classwork for students
- Being a role model for the students
- Providing a safe space for students to express themselves
The school's approach to educating their students includes communicating with parents, educational professionals and experts on site. The Learning Support Assistant role will give you the chance to participate in team meetings with teachers, therapists and educational psychologists to tailor education plans to individual needs of the students.
