RPA Developer - (must have UiPath & SQL)

Permanent - London office - hybrid with mandatory 1 day onsite per week

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer to join my financial services clients team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user requirements, developing, configuring, and implementing technological solutions using RPA and other available toolsets.

This role requires collaboration with Business Analysts, co-developers, and multiple stakeholders to design, build, test, and implement process automation that aligns with business needs and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand user requirements and develop/configure and implement technological solutions
  • Design, build, test, and implement process automation using RPA and other toolsets
  • Collaborate effectively with Business Analysts and co-developers to understand business requirements and work on the technical design of RPA solutions
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders across Technology and Business SMEs
  • Deliver RPA project deliverables through the automation lifecycle
  • Analyze and solve complex business problems with speed and efficiency, developing technology solutions
  • Ensure RPA priorities are aligned with overall strategy and business needs
  • Create Process Design and Solution Design Support Documents

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with UiPath, SQL Server/Transact SQL
  • Proficiency with UiPath Re Framework and Load-Work concepts
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing, including UAT and bug fixes
  • Understanding the importance of tracking, managing, and documenting all issues to ensure overall project cohesion and appropriate risk management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to quickly understand how systems and applications across the business integrate
  • Experience working in a software development team that follows Agile methodologies
