Live in Care Worker – Norwich:

Are you passionate about supporting and promoting independent living?

If so, this is the role for you, we're currently looking for a Female Live in Care Worker to support a customer in Norwich.

This role will operate on the basis on 2 in 4 weeks, with the option to pick up additional work on one of our other services including our domiciliary service or supported living service during your down-time.

As a live-in care worker, your responsibilities will include...

  • Personal Care and Nutritional Support – Your role will involve aiding with her personal care and nutritional needs throughout the working day, ensuring her wellbeing.
  • Supporting independence – The individual in your care makes their own choices and decisions and maintains an active life, including attending day centres.
  • Work Schedule – The successful candidate will work two weeks in every four, plus providing holiday and sickness cover.
  • Domestic Support – This role will entail the completion of domestic support, such as cleaning.
  • Driving requirement: It's essential to possess a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, as part of your role could involve transporting the customer.

Essential Skills & Characteristics:

  • Positive attitude and communication skills: We value a positive outlook and effective communication.

  • Good time management: Effective time management is crucial for this role.
  • Minimum of Six Months Care Experience: Possess a minimum of six months care experience within the community or care home setting.
