Join Our Team as a Finance Business Partner Manager!
Are you an experienced, qualified accountant eager to make a significant impact?
Our client, a prominent US-owned global manufacturing organisation with multiple sites across the UK, is looking for you!
About the Role: Based in Worcestershire WR9 with the flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week, you'll be supporting the Group Financial Director in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance department. This includes:
- Prompt invoicing of delivered goods and ensuring timely customer payments.
- Efficient payment processing for suppliers and employees.
- Regular assessment and improvement of accounting systems to meet statutory requirements and best practices.
- Reviewing spending patterns, identifying anomalies, and providing solutions.
- Preparing draft P&L and summary reports for monthly management accounts.
- Leading the preparation of annual statutory accounts for four sites and collaborating with the global team.
- Budget and cash flow forecasting.
- Managing general finances, including VAT.
What We're Looking For: Candidates must be ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least two years of experience, ideally within a manufacturing business.
What We Offer:
