Offering a salary up to £45,000 and a company van, you'll be based both on-site and from home where you'll make a positive impact on the team, and clients.
In the role of Site Foreman, you'll be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Utilising your Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
- Leading, supervising, and coordinating the work of all site personnel, including subcontractors.
- Monitoring and enforcing quality standards across all aspects of the project.
Requirements and skills for the role of Site Foreman are as follows:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman, preferably within the interior design fit-out sector.
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
About the role...
As Site Foreman, will implement and maintain health and safety protocols and ensure all site activities comply with current legislation and company policies. You will address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, liaising with project managers and other stakeholders as necessary.
Additionally, the role involves preparing and submitting regular progress reports, including updates on timelines, budgetary status, and significant site developments. You'll maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met and exceeded whenever possible.
