We are partnering exclusively with a global non-profit organisation in their search for a Finance and Operations Manager based in Central London. This is an 8 month temporary maternity cover looking to pay up to a day rate equivalent of £45,000, with hybrid working on offer (1 to 2 days in the office).
The Finance and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial, operational, and human resources aspects of the company.
The right candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years experience in operations and finance management
- Experience in the NGO space is desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting and financial principles
- Experience managing cross functional teams
