We are now looking for a Stock & Planning Assistant to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday.

The Role

As a Stock & Planning Assistant, you will play a key role in production processes at our Haverfordwest facility.

Specifically, you will ensure the efficient flow of production of 20kg blocks of cheese within the facility, moving products from the rapid chill store to the palletiser and on to onward dispatch vehicles.

You'll manage and organise stock and planning activities across the Haverfordwest site, maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, health, safety and environmental compliance.

Additionally, you will:

- Support Inbound and Outbound goods control
- Liaise with the supply chain planner
- Complete quality control checks and documentation
- Handle purchase orders and
- Provide effective handover and holiday cover

About You

To be considered as a Stock & Planning Assistant, you will need:

- Good general computer skills, with the ability to populate simple databases and spreadsheets
- At a minimum, GCSEs or equivalent at level 4 / Grade C or above in Maths and English

Other organisations may call this role Stock Coordinator, Inventory Assistant, Stock Control Assistant, Warehouse Stock Planner, or Logistics Assistant.
