Overview - Core duties:
- To develop and maintain the holdings and transaction database at Oxford Capital, enabling the generation of robust data for analysis, processing and reporting.
- Producing reports and statements, optimising effective communication of financial information to clients.
- Act as an efficient interface between the firm's operations, investor relations and investment management teams.
- Ensure accurate and appropriately structured data is delivered in a timely manner to support reporting to investors including biannual valuation statements, contract notes, loss relief statements, exit statements.
- Work with investor relations on communications to clients to support data reporting.
- Implement and refine systems, processes, and procedures to ensure smooth running of Oxford Capital data management.
- Assist the Investment Management and Investor Relations teams with performance analysis, pipeline analysis and other key business intelligence
- Interface with all databases to ensure these are complete and accurate.
- Ensure all services are delivered according to the firm's Compliance management standards.
Operations development
- Embrace change management to develop and improve the structure of the client holdings and transactions database and streamline reporting.
