Vehicle Parts Branch Manager

- Monday - Friday 45 Hours a week
- No Weekends
Duties for this Parts Branch Manager vacancy include:
- Translate overarching sales goals into departmental targets, establishing challenging yet attainable objectives in collaboration with first-line management
- Formulate Personal Development Plans, oversee progress, and offer developmental or corrective support as needed
- Routinely assess business performance, identifying opportunities for enhancement and taking corrective measures for any deviations
- Scrutinise internal and external market data to cultivate insights into potential sales opportunities
- Achieve targets established by Head Office for the Centre
- Ensure the team remains motivated, acknowledged, and incentivised
- Operate within the specified sales strategy to enhance sales revenues
To be successful in this Vehicle Parts Branch Manager role, you will have:
- Possess the ability to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business
- Exhibit a high degree of IT literacy and proficiency in using MS Office
- Showcase the capability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in planning strategies and activities to foster business growth and development
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the capacity to forge robust relationships with key stakeholders
- Have a proven ability or aptitude for leading and motivating a team to achieve business targets in a B2B environment
- Be sales-focused and results-oriented
- Have management experience
- Have a passion for providing a great customer service experience and the automotive industry
- Be experienced at devising strategies and implementing plans
