Your Role as a Junior Principal Designer / CDM Advisor
Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring safety and compliance across various residential projects in the Southeast. You will conduct site audits, analyse Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and Pre-construction Information (PCI), and receive ongoing training tailored to your experience level. This role offers a fantastic pathway to develop your skills and build a rewarding career in Construction Design Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake thorough site audits across residential projects.
- Analyse and provide insights on Construction Phase Plans (CPP) and Pre-construction Information (PCI).
- Collaborate with a supportive team, ensuring design compliance with CDM regulations.
- Receive continuous training and support to enhance your expertise.
What We're Looking For
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate.
- TechIOSH Membership.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Construction Health & Safety.
- A degree in a relevant design discipline such as Architecture or Engineering.
