We are keen to speak with Corporate Actions Associates about joining an investment banking client of ours, based in Central London.
You will be working on a hybrid basis, with approximately three days in the office.
You will be responsible for:
- Taking events all the way through the whole process, from start to finish.
- Working directly with counterparties.
- Creating reports related to corporate actions for management and clients.
Requirements
- Full exposure and a great understanding of the complete corporate actions front to back process.
- Experience with handling repo trades.
- Exposure to stock lending.
- Confident with fixed income and equities.
- Experience working directly with counterparties.
