Spare Parts Coordinator / Sales administrator Monday to Friday £20-25k depending on experience

As a Spare Parts Coordinator / Sales Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customers have the parts they need to keep their equipment running smoothly. You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and technical team to provide exceptional service and support.
So as the Spare Parts Coordinator / Sales Administrator what will you be doing
- Handling around 5-10 inbound calls a day and enquiries through email and the website you will use your technical knowledge to accurately identify and recommend appropriate spare parts based on customer equipment models and specifications
- Provide quotations for the spare parts
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing a personalised and timely service
- Handle incoming inquiries, process orders, and resolve customer issues efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers or factories regarding spare parts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Identify the correct part using online catalogues and technical specifications
So as the Spare Parts Coordinator / Sales Administrator what would we like you to have?.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- The ability to look at technical specifications or look up technical parts on an online system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
