Role: Management Accountant
Location: Cambridge
Salary: Up to £50k!
We're seeking a skilled Management Accountant to join our team in Cambridge. This full-time position offers a chance to contribute to our clients goal of maintaining market dominance in their sector. The role will be well suited to candidates with exposure to Profit and loss and balance sheet reconciliations, with an opportunity to learn from an experience Finance Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage internal reporting and accounting for the Clients various entities
- Ensure financial integrity of the general ledger for assigned entities
- Produce monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Collaborate with Business Partners on ledger allocations and queries
- Maintain bank reconciliations and process payments as needed
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and adhering to group accounting policies
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Coach and guide team members

- Experienced in management accounting and reporting
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
