- Provide a high level of product information and customer service to a range of customers
- Ensuring the business to business emails are answered within timescales
- Processing sales orders and sending order confirmations, sending out samples
- Senior Customer Services team Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and CRM systems daily
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Monitor the sales Customer Service e-mail and sending out acknowledgements
- Liaise with customers via telephone and email regarding their orders, stock and prices
- Answer inbound calls sales enquiries and build relationships for future sales
- Customer Services, point of contact for new account enquiries and research trends and sales changes
