Link3 Recruitment is looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Practitioner to join our nursery in Coventry.
This is a permanent, full-time position, Monday to Friday, starting as soon as possible. Work rotas are either 8:00am to 5:30pm or 7:30am to 5pm and changes.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual committed to providing the highest quality childcare and education for young children. The ability to relate to and effectively communicate with young children is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality childcare and education in accordance with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, healthy, and stimulating environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures.
- Employ innovative and resourceful teaching methods.
- Build strong relationships with children and their parents.
- Contribute to the overall development and progress of each child.
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
- Have at least one year of experience working in a nursery setting or studying a childcare-related course.
- Have a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
- Have a passion for working with children.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children and parents.
