Overview
Mitchell Adam are currently working in partnership with a Legal firm in Birmingham, recruiting for a Senior Finance Administrator. Based out of a number of offices throughout the United Kingdom, this firm has a strong local presence in the market. The continued growth of the business means that they now require a Senior Finance Administrator to support their growth.
You will provide company wide administrative support, with duties including on boarding clients, maintaining partner diaries, compliance and ensuring accounts are up to date. This will be a high-profile role within the firm as you'll be the point of contact for all senior stakeholders and your work will be significantly visible internally.
We are looking for someone who is confident, organised, and can build strong relationships with their colleagues.
Ideally, You Will Have:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels in a confident manner
- Advanced in Ms Excel with strong accounting experience and demonstrate a high level of confidence when handling large amounts of data
- Possess thinking capability, be proactive and have the ability to produce accurate work whilst working to tight deadlines
- Experience of working within a professional services firm (accounting, legal, engineers, etc) is highly desirable for this role.
