Our lovely client based in Hatfield, is looking to grow their HR team with a passionate HR Administrator / Coordinator. This role will be extremely generalist and we are looking for someone who is able to support all areas of HR from a support perspective - whilst becoming the go to person for anything compliance and administration related.

We are open to someone who has existing HR experience, or someone who is a really strong Administrator - who would like to get into HR and possibly become CIPD qualified.

The role will involve:

  • Recruitment administration
  • All onboarding and compliance
  • Sending out official ER correspondence
  • Supporting the HR team with any projects
  • Ensuring the HR system is consistently updated
  • Managing employee files
