Role Overview:
As a Year 4 Teacher you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum. You will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of our Year 4 students, ensuring they develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative and engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development and well-being.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to the school's development plans.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
