Description
- Converting enquiries into sales by matching products to customers' needs
- Achieving personal sales targets
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients
- Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and the travel industry trends
- Resolving any customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting in the development of promotional materials and strategies
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
- Proven sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for the travel industry and helping customers find their perfect holiday
- The ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Travel experience is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of £22,000 to £24,000 per annum plus commission.
