The Sales Manager leads and manages the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve company growth and customer satisfaction objectives. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management, driving sales performance, optimizing customer success initiatives, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success functions. The Sales Manager will be critical in scaling the team and refining processes to support the company's growth trajectory.
