Transport Administrator

Posted by Aspire Defence Services Ltd.

Are you passionate about transport and seeking a fresh opportunity? How about an exhilarating position where you can work on a military estate, providing invaluable support to our esteemed Army customers? You'll have the chance to work with diverse vehicles and engage with a wide range of customers. Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services...

As a Transport Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our Army customers by ensuring the smooth provision of transport services and effective communication with other departments. Your responsibilities will involve both the administrative aspects of transport bookings, allocation of vehicles & drivers along with the physical preparation and handover/takeover of vehicles.

To excel in this role, you should have a "Safety First Always" mindset and carry out assigned tasks in compliance with company regulations and guidelines. While basic knowledge of military type wheeled vehicles and understanding of military/transport processes & bespoke IT systems would be advantageous, what we value most is your experience in a customer-facing service environment. Your attention to detail and ability to work within a small team will be essential.

In this role, your ability to identify and respond to customer needs will be critical. Effective communication skills are vital, enabling you to interact at all levels, both within your team and with external stakeholders. As part of our commitment to your success, you will receive ongoing training and support from a dedicated manager.

But first, meet the team...

We're all about nurturing great teams, and our award-winning safety and wellbeing initiatives are built on keeping an eye out for one another and having a good work-life balance.

In addition to being part of our team, you'll also get...
